Honey Soy Chicken

I feel so lazy on week nights when it comes to dinner. This Honey Soy Chicken from "She Wears Many Hats" is really easy and really good. Sometimes it seems when something is easy it is from a packet or lacks flavor. This is super flavorful and from simple ingredients I already had in my kitchen.
The first time I made this I used full chicken legs, skin on and it was soooo good and juicy. The second time I only had a large bone-in breast. It dried out some, but that isn't the recipe- that was my negligent roasting. I would recommend skin on legs or thighs. Breasts tend to dry out in the oven.

The recipe makes enough sauce for 3 pounds of chicken. I made the full batch the first time and just had them swimming in it which I liked. It would be a good salad dressing if you had some left over!

I flipped the breast a couple times and cooked in lower and longer than the legs. I flipped the legs once while cooking. I don't have a finished picture of this chicken because both times I devoured it before I could think to take a picture of it cooked!
