
Ever order this in a bar and they use sour mix? GAG. I always hated this drink until I had it made right, with sugar (or simple syrup) lemon juice, ice and whiskey. That is it. How is that any harder to do than using sour mix? Why does bottled sour mix even exist?
A whiskey sour is sort of like lemonade, but made with whiskey instead of water. Remember how easy lemonade was?
