Red Pepper Cream Sauce

I bought some Dungeness crab ravioli from Costco recently. Because yum. I had a few ideas for sauces, cream sauce of some kind, with butter and white wine... Then stumbled on this red pepper cream sauce from The Food Network. It looked simple and good. No surprise, it was! It's very easy too.

Red pepper chunks and cream simmering together. Holy orange!

Blended together with the other ingredients. Easy right?

Spooned over pasta! It was fairly thin, but I don't mind that in a sauce. I really like the simplicity of this recipe. It allows the ravioli to shine through and still tastes really amazing. This amount of sauce would feed four people. I had plenty left over!
