Sidecar

I made an "English School" Sidecar with 2 ounces Cognac and 1 ounce each of fresh squeezed lemon juice and Cointreau. This drink packs a punch, but it's a good one. I've seen a sugared rim as garnish along with a lemon twist. That's intriguing and would mitigate some of the sourness. I skipped it, cause you know... sugar love \ne me.

It's still all frosty from being shaken with ice. Yum.
